Hallo Johannes,
analog zu Deinem Vergleich mit der Geburt Christi fällt mir als Deutung zum 23.09. folgendes ein:

Die Welt erwartet die Ankunft Christi/Gottes und der Teufel möchte deshalb die ganze Erde vernichten.

Ich hoffe, ich denke jetzt nicht zu negativ...
